The Beach Boys meet the Beastie Boys...an unorthodox musical fusion, to say the least, but California's Surf M.C.'s tried it anyway for Profile Records in 1987. The M.C.'s borrowed the Beach Boys' wholesomeness and surfing subject matter and threw in some Beasties-style attitude and New York slang for good measure.
